Mountain White is grown in high-altitude gardens in Guria, where cool temperatures, frequent mist, and mineral-rich soil slow leaf development naturally. No chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides are used at any stage of cultivation. The tea plants are nourished exclusively by drinkable-grade natural mineral water sourced from mountain springs and underground reserves. Due to the region’s steep terrain, agricultural machinery cannot enter the gardens. This natural limitation preserves soil integrity and protects the surrounding ecosystem. Certified organic under EU, USDA, and ECOCERT standards, Mountain White reflects purity achieved through restraint—not refinement.
